About Me

My Design Philosophy

I design and develop digital learning focused on real behaviour change. I turn complex or non-technical topics into clear, usable learning that fits real-world workflows. My work is grounded in learner context, usability, and cognitive load — so learning is practical, relevant, and applied at work.

Projects

My Learning Design Process, Shown Through Projects

Each project shows my full learning design process — from analysis and design decisions to the final learning solution.
You’ll see how I structure, design, and deliver learning, not just the final output.

The Mind

How I Think About Learning

Effective learning is never about adding more content—it’s about engineering real behaviour change.
Every structural, interactive, and visual decision I make is deliberately chosen to support how adults actually process and apply knowledge in the flow of work.

1. How Learning Is Structured

Bringing big-picture thinking and visual storytelling together to shape creative campaigns, photoshoots, and brand narratives that leave a lasting impression.

How Strategy Becomes Design

These are the design principles that guide every decision I make

Clean, functional design that feels modern and intuitive
UX principles focused on real users
Clear structures that support comprehension and navigation
Accessible design without visual overload
From Insight to Course

A structured process grounded in psychology, context, and real behaviour change.

1. Learner & Context Analysis

Understanding who the learner really is — their role, constraints, environment, and daily reality.

2. Performance & Behaviour Diagnosis

Clarifying where learners are now, and whether the gap is conceptual or behavioural.

3. Evidence-Based Design Framework

Selecting the learning theories, cognitive principles, and design models that best support the learning goal.

4. Structured Learning Architecture

Designing the narrative flow, content structure, and learning progression — grounded in instructional psychology.

5. Purposeful Learning Elements

Scenarios, interactions, reflection, storytelling, and assessment — each included with intention, never as filler.

6. Production Aligned With Strategy

Developing the final course only after the design decisions have been fully validated.

The content

What's Inside Every Course

Realistic scenarios where learners make decisions

Stories that connect ideas to real-world situations
